Reasons why you have not received an invoice from the online store you shopped at
If you have not received an invoice from the online store you shopped at, there are three possible reasons for this:
- You have entered the wrong email address when you placed the order.
- You have received an email in the junk folder (spam folder).
- The store has not completed your order yet.
If you think point 1 or 2 may be the case, contact Walley to have your invoice sent or log in my.walley.no and find an invoice based on your social security number.
If you think point 3 may be the case, contact the online store where you shopped.
