Update your logo in Dintero and Klarna

To ensure that your business appears professional and recognizable to your customers, we recommend adding your logo both in the checkout and in Klarna. This helps create a more cohesive and trustworthy shopping experience.

Prepare your logo. We recommend using a PNG format with a transparent background.

 

1. Log in to Dintero Backoffice by clicking here. In the menu on the left-hand side, click on Settings.

2. You will now land on a page with Account Info, where you can click the blue Edit Account button in the top right corner.

3. In the fields "Logo URL (optional)" and "Icon URL (optional)", you can add the links to your logo and, if applicable, your icon.

Remember to click "Save" in the top right corner when you're done.

For customers using Klarna


1. Log in to the Klarna portal. You can access it by clicking here.

2. Once logged in, navigate to "Payments home", then scroll down the page until you see "Brand manager" under "Preferences".

3. You will now land on a page where you can update the display name and logo. Click on "Upload", and from there you can add your logo.

Remember to click "Save" in the top right corner when you're done.

You've now added your logo in both Dintero and Klarna, good job!
