1. Automate Payout Reporting (Free)

If you only want to automatically transfer payout reports to your accounting system – including payout amounts and fees – this can be done directly in your Dintero account, free of charge.

This feature lets you:

  • Reconcile payouts from your online store with bank deposits

  • Match payout data and fees easily in your accounting system

  • Automate file-based routines for faster end-of-the-month reporting

To activate this:

  1. Go to your Dintero account and navigate to Settings > Accounting

  2. Select your preferred file format or provider

  3. Choose where to send the reports (account specific email address for your accounting system)

No technical setup is required for this basic automation.

 

2. Full Integration Per Order (Paid Service)

If you want a full integration that matches each order, transaction, and fee directly to your accounting system – such as creating vouchers per order – this is handled through one of our integration partners.

This includes:

  • Real-time syncing of orders, fees, and refunds

  • Automatic creation of accounting vouchers per transaction

  • Deep integration with ERP systems and eCommerce platforms

This service typically requires a subscription with a third-party provider like eMonkey or Aritma.
